The structure of the organisation is lead by a high skilled Board of Directors from cross-sectorial backgrounds. This also includes three of the company’s management team who ensure strategic transfer into the day-to-day business.

Over the last few years the organisations success has meant the company was able to purchase its own building, apart from a valuable asset this has also meant a reduction in our overheads ensuring value for money in all of our operational areas.

Cityventure has considerable expertise in the regeneration products enabling both funders and clients to draw on a range of skills and expertise in a variety of areas including:

• Facilitation and fund panel management, strategic management, managing and implementing regeneration programmes and fund management.

• Delivering a range of consultancy services in these areas, and is currently undertaking work for a wide range of local regeneration initiatives.
